Susmit Kumar Sahu is a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineering professional with a strong interest in research and development. He is currently pursuing his Master's Thesis Project at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, where he is focusing on Multiphysics modelling, discrete element modelling, turbulent flow modelling, reactor modeling, Interference modelling, Heat and mass transfer simulations, Design with advance engineering materials and advance engineering processes. He has also secured an impressive 92%ile in Gate ME21. Susmit has a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving complex problems. As a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kancheepuram, he has gained valuable experience in mentoring and guiding students. Prior to this, he has also served as an Indian Innovation Council Member and Club Secretary at the same institute. Susmit's educational background includes an Integrated degree in Mechanical Engineering specialization in product designing (MPD) from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing. He is expected to complete his degree in December 2022. With 0.60 years of relevant experience as a Research Scientist, Susmit is now seeking a research project for a year (05/21 - 05/22) to further enhance his skills and knowledge. He is a quick learner and a team player who thrives in a challenging environment. Susmit is an asset to any organization that values innovation, creativity, and excellence.
